Our Highlights
We own the lights, which means we also own the headaches. We handle installation, maintenance, take-downs, and storage. Repeat clients receive 10% off their lights every year. We install as soon or as late as you could want. Installs before Halloween get a discount Anything you want, we will try to make it happen. If we can’t find what you want through one of our suppliers, we will attempt to build it.
Our Process
Call the office to schedule an estimate (remember we have a $750 MINIMUM). The office will gather information on what you want to bid out and what colors you may have in mind. During the in-person estimate, our technicians will give suggestions if you are still determining what you want to be done. Within a week of your estimate, you will receive an email with pricing for each section of your lights (roofline, trees, garland, pillars, etc.) Once you accept the estimate, you can pick and choose your colors and design then we will collect a 50% deposit. We will get you scheduled for your installation as soon or as late as you would like.
During the installation, we will put your lights up and set your timers so your lights turn on and off without any effort. We will collect the other 50% of the installation fee the day after. While the lights are on your home, should a bulb burn out or a stake light snap, we will repair it free of charge. We own the lights, which means we also own the headache. After the new year, the office will give you a call to get your takedown scheduled. If you like them down immediately, let us know, and we will ensure your home is scheduled for a takedown shortly after the first of the month. We will come to take down your lights and hardware, remove the timer, and box the lights up. The lights are stored adequately at our shop and labeled with your name. The following year you will receive a 10% discount if you have us back out, and your lights will already be pre-cut, so that it will be a quicker install. (You are welcome to add to your install each year if you wish).
